Exchange & Return

According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", there is a possibility within 14 calendar days to replace a product with a similar product or return the funds spent if the product has not been used or has not lost its consumer qualities and, if there is evidence that it was purchased from the seller.

Terms of exchange and return of goods:
The exchange of a non-food product of good quality is carried out if the specified product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a sales receipt or cash receipt issued to the consumer together with the sold specified goods are preserved.

The exchange or return of goods is carried out in the same store where the goods were purchased. In case of purchase in the online store, the exchange is made at the address: Chisinau, st.Grenoble 257.
